Notes:

1. Please ensure you acknowledge CFREF in all professional publications, presentations, conference materials or other communications, as per the CFREF Public Communication Guidelines. For written acknowledgments please use the following wording: “This research was undertaken thanks in part to funding from the Canada First Research Excellence Fund.” When giving a speech or presentation, we ask that you mention CFREF’s contribution.

2. A one (1) paragraph report is required within three (3) weeks following the end of the conference or workshop. The paragraph should identify outcomes, what was learned, audience (general and notable participants), important collaborations initiated or strengthened, supports or initiatives that supported equity, diversity, and / or inclusion, and any aspect of TQT advancement. If available, include links to any talks that you found useful.

I agree to submit a 1 paragraph report to tqt@uwaterloo.ca, within 3 weeks following the end of the conference or workshop. This report may highlight important outcomes achieved including, but not limited to, new collaborations formed, insights, etc. I will include any photos and/or links to stories relating to my participation. I understand that this summary will be shared with the TQT community via the TQT Intranet.
