New Communications Team – Gabriella Wynn and Lubaba Hoque

    Wednesday, June 1, 2022

We are pleased to announce that Gabriella Wynn and Lubaba Hoque have joined as TQT’s new Communications Team.

Gabriella is the inaugural Science Writer at TQT. She brings a background in technical writing, science literacy and physics, and a passion for contributing to science communication. In the Science Writer role, Gabriella is responsible for developing and delivering professional communications to advance TQT’s program goals across knowledge mobilization, partner engagement and reporting. She recently completed her M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta.

Lubaba is joining us as the Marketing and Communications Specialist. She recently completed her B.Sc. in the Honours Science and Business program at the University of Waterloo, where she did three co-op terms with TQT. In her new role, Lubaba is responsible for creating communications content, researching and implementing communication strategies, and providing event support.

These positions were created thanks in part to funding from the Canada First Research Excellence Fund.
