Quantum Graduate Visitor Program Application

Use the form below to apply to the Quantum Graduate Visitor Program.  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.  Participants will be notified by email of the status of their application within one week.

All applicants are asked to complete and submit the self-identification related questions; however, you may choose not to self-identify by selecting the option "I prefer not to answer" for some or all of the questions.  Although self-identification is encouraged, choosing to not self-identify will have no negative consequences on the application.  The information you provide will be kept confidential, stored electronically and access is limited to staff on a need-to-know basis.  Data will be used for reporting purposes and program planning, performance measurement and monitoring.  Self-identification data will be reported in aggregate to protect the identify of any individual.

  • Note that visits must be less than 120 days. It is recommended that the application should be submitted at least two months prior to the proposed start date.
