TQT hosts Lunch & Learn: Funding the Quantum Enterprise

On Thursday, May 30th TQT hosted a Lunch & Learn entitled, Funding the Quantum Enterprise: Canadian Non-equity Sources. Thank you to all who participated.
The panelists included Sarah O’Neill, Research Partnerships Promotion Officer from Natural Sciences & Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), David Heit, Industrial Technology Advisor from National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP), and Ashley Hannon, Business Development Specialist from MITACS.
Each panelist shared how their organization supports translational research and commercialization of IP, including funding sources and services available to faculty and start-ups. Presentations were followed by a Q&A and informal networking. We are grateful to all the presenters for sharing their expertise and knowledge of their programs with our quantum community.
